Teacher Development Day We pay great attention to the professionalism, expertise and quality of our teachers, and arrange teacher professional trainings every year according to school-based development.
Local Training Teachers are encouraged to participate in different local trainings for continuous development, enhancing the quality of education services, such as the training of “Free Play”, “STEM” and “Music Education”.
Overseas Training Teachers are provided opportunities for participating in overseas training and exchange programs to learn different teaching strategies and experience the history and culture of another countries. For example, our principal visited Japan, Korea and Hangzhou for study tours of early childhood education. Our teachers went to Japan for experience-sharing on art teaching, so as to learn from local practices and compare them with our own early childhood education in order to optimize our school’s environmental design and curriculum planning.
Professional Support/Collaborative Institutes We participate in School-based Support Services to develop school-based curriculum so that we can meet students’ learning needs and enhance teachers’ professional knowledge and general competence.
